Pre-CDI Gas Form, Pre-CDI Chemical Form inspections, Pre-Purchasing Surveys, Vessel's Condition Assessments for the Financial Institutions.

Project Management for New-building, Repair, Conversions Projects:

• prepare detailed repair/conversion plans;
• define accountabilities, work scope, and targets for each team members;
• monitor and manage new building/repair/conversion project progress;
• monitor and manage risk and opportunities;
• manage the scope of the project and control changes;
• deliver the project on time, to budget, at agreed quality;
• manage the closure of the project.
